Complete pair purchase (frames and lenses) required. Proof of age is required to receive respective discount tier. All tiers include a frame allowance up to $100; age tier discount is applied only to the allowance portion of the frame price and select designer brand frames receive a maximum of 25% off. For lenses, age tier discount is applied to the base lens only; other lens upgrades are available for 50% off (25% off for Transitions). Cannot be combined with other coupons, prior orders, or insurance plans. Customers ages 100 or older are eligible to receive a free pair with a valid Rx; for these customers, free pair includes any frame up to $100 and clear plastic lenses with single vision, lined bifocals/trifocals, and some progressive lenses.
